About me

My name is Ben Hoagland and I am a Songwriter, Performing artist, and Vocalist in the heavy metal band, "Extortionist".  Writing music is my passion and I love nothing more than creating and collaborating with artists and like-minded individuals. I am fluent in writing music within many different genres and I play instruments such as Vocals, Guitar, Bass, and Drums, and  I make beats.  I enjoy creating with open-minded individuals who like to think outside of the box.
